Theft: Pastor James Zgambo, Malawi

"We gave James a loan for $2,000 to start a poultry farm. As soon as we gave funding all communication stopped. We sent our consultant again and James wasn't there, but our consultant was able to speak with his wife and neighbors. During this meeting it came out from his wife that when James receives a larger amount of money he will disappear for weeks or even months at a time. There is little I can do now other than warn others so they can avoid the same mistake that I made." Scott Clifton, FARMS International

Theft: Mr. & Mrs. John Sadaf, Pakistan

"I invested much time and money into Mr. John and his family but at least twice I found out John was spending my personal donations for things I did not authorize or allow. The purpose of my charity was to rebuild the children's school, of which John and Mrs. Sadaf misallocated at least $1,000 leaving the children's safety at risk. Finally after promising me to pay his teachers, John stole their salary. To his wise children: Fear the Lord and keep His commandments, or else you also will be cut off from Grace." For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. – 1 Timothy 6:10
